SYNOPSIS OF LINDENSTRASSE EPISODE 1227, “YOU WIN SOME, YOU LOSE SOME”
“Must one help out?” Sabrina suspiciously observes how time and again Enzo is booked up doing renovation work for Nastya.
The everyday hubbub in the doctor’s office makes it difficult for Carsten to cope. He is constantly nauseous and has to flee home. There, “Kaethe” finds his man in bed trembling all over.
There is a donor heart for Erich! In Café Bayer Erich gets news by phone from the clinic that they have found him a matching donor organ. Everything must happen very quickly now…
“I can’t do it anymore!” confesses Carsten in tears to his partner. Physically he is completely at the end. It seems the virtually harmless painkillers taken in secret over a long period of time have attacked his liver. More than anything, Carsten simply wants to pull the covers over his head and see no more people.
Like hitting the jackpot…immediately everything is set in motion for the imminent transplant, and Erich is taken to the hospital by the emergency doctor. Erich doesn’t know at all how it‘s happening to him.
Who gave the dirt on Sabrina? An employee from the Business Surveillance Bureau calls the surprised Italian out on unauthorized distribution of alcohol in the “Alimentari”. There is an anonymous complaint against her, and Sabrina is threatened with a hefty fine.
Is it over and done with? Lea is deeply hurt that her friend, Caro, kept the relationship with Lea’s heartthrob Nico secret for such a long time. “I hate you!” vents Lea her disappointment toward Caro and springs up from the Stadler’s dining table during lunch. Maria Stadler doesn’t understand anything anymore.
Hazy pains. Carsten can describe how he feels as just “badly”. Bosom buddy Sandra urges to clear all the pills from the house once and for all. Besides, Carsten must cure himself for a few months.
You win some, you lose some. Immediately before the heart operation is to begin, there is suddenly bad news for Erich. The donor heart is not suitable for transplant. He goes from the operating table directly home again. Sadly Erich must find out that this whole scenario could occur again.
Nastya? Murat? Huelsch? Seegers? The Stadlers? Sabrina and Hajo speculate wildly about who could have been behind the malicious complaint. The sensible Sabrina is disappointed beyond measure.
Cliffhanger: “I don’t like it anymore”, Sabrina confesses to Hajo and plans to give up the “Alimentari”. However, Hajo promises to find out who stands behind the complaint. Will Hajo track down the whistleblower?
Resolution of the Previous Episode: Lea is bitterly disappointed over Caro’s behavior and makes it quite clear to Caro.
